Vita Via Telemedicine | Providing safe, reliable telehealth.
There are a ton of programs we can watch, follow or pay for to obtain some weight loss. But for many people out there, this isn't enough. How many times have we heard someone gaining back the weight they lost, getting discouraged, or that, "It's just not working."
The truth is it's much more than that. The goal of the Vita Via Weight Loss Clinic isn’t just providing weight loss to our patients. It's to provide our members with the tools they need to change their lifestyles for good, so that they not only lose weight but also be healthier overall.
We combine cognitive behavioral therapy, diet, exercise and preventative medicine tailored with custom weight loss techniques to provide a 360 approach to health and wellness. This program is here to build a better you.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy focuses on changing the automatic negative thoughts that can contribute to and worsen emotional difficulties, depression, and anxiety. Most of the disorders associated with metabolic syndrome don't have obvious signs or symptoms. One sign that is visible is a large waist circumference. And if your blood sugar is high, you might notice the signs and symptoms of diabetes — such as increased thirst and urination, fatigue, and blurred vision.
The following factors increase your chances of having metabolic syndrome:
